Spring Cleaning Checklist

Winter out, spring in. Yes, spring is just around the corner and it’s time to deep clean the house and refresh our home.

This can be a fun way to bond and involve family members to clean one room each.

Let’s clean the house room by room:

Entry / Hallway

  • Sweep the floors
  • Mop the floors
  • Vacuum the floors
  • Wipe/dust the walls
  • Wipe doors, door panels, and door handles
  • Wash doormats
  • Clean shoe racks

Living Room

  • Clean windows
  • Dust blinds
  • Wash /vacuum curtains

  • Sweep floors
  • Vacuum floors
  • Wipe/dust curtain rods
  • Dust/polish furniture
  • Wash slipcovers
  • Wash throw pillows

Dining Room

  • Clean window sills
  • Wash or vacuum curtains

  • Wipe baseboards
  • Clean China cabinet
  • Dust china in the cabinet
  • Clean chandelier and light fixture

Kitchen
